Aeromechanica reweighs aircraft in SA and NSW using our own designed and manufactured aircraft grade platform scales.  Our scale kits are available for sale.  We build each scale set to meet your specific needs of platform size and capacity.

Aeromechanica offers aircraft reweigh services in both SA and NSW for all light aircraft (Part 23 certified and below).  We do the reweigh, record the aircraft configuration, and supply all necessary electronic PDFs for compliance with CASA CAO 100.7.  Additionally, we also supply aircraft loading systems, loading spreadsheets, ballast systems, and the like.  A full aircraft reweigh starts at around $1200 for a small light aircraft and increases from there depending on the complexity of requirements.

While we reweigh your aircraft, we can also provide advice about repairs and modifications because we are CASA authorised Aeronautical Engineers.  We supply CASR Part 21 approved Engineering Orders, and approved supplements for the Flight Manual and Maintenance Manual so that you can modify your operations and maintenance to meet your operational requirements.  We make all our own approvals within the scope of our CASA delegated authorisations.

We design and build a series of high accuracy platform scales across a wide variety of weight capacity limits, from a light weight capacity of only 250kg up to 10,000kg with various options in between.  We can sell them in sets of 2, 3, 4, or 5 depending on your requirements.  Our scales are accurate to within 0.5kg, wireless, have a long battery life, and carry a 12 month warranty.
